The cableway from Olav's mine to the Storwartz floatation plant is about 1400m long, and was able to transport 300 tons of copper ore a day. It was restored to working condition in 2007. This cable tensioner placed midways on the line, consists of four big counterweights filled with stones, one for each cable in each direction. The old mining town of Røros and its surroundings is placed on Unesco's World Heritage list.
